Born on the breathtaking Nature Island of Dominica, Jade is a classically trained violinist and violist whose passion for music transcends genres and borders. With a remarkable achievement of Level 10 in Violin, she is currently pursuing her Music Teachers Diploma, honing her skills to inspire the next generation of musicians.
As "Enchanted Strings," Jade brings a unique flair to the stage, captivating audiences with her eclectic violin covers that span Pop, Bollywood, Soca, Dancehall, Reggae, Calypso, Afrobeats, R&B, and Hip Hop. Her performances are not just concerts; they are enchanting experiences that elevate any event—from weddings and proposals to corporate gatherings and parties.
While earning her Chemical Engineering degree at the University of Waterloo, Jade was a valued member of the university's Symphony Orchestra, where she further developed her artistry and stage presence. Now, as a freelance special events violinist, she transforms moments into memories with her soulful melodies.
In addition to her performance career, Jade is dedicated to teaching, guiding her students through their musical journeys and preparing them for up to Level 6 RCM Violin Practical and Theory Exams. Her commitment to nurturing talent reflects her belief that music is a powerful force that can connect, uplift, and enchant us all.
Jade has played for Nollywood stars Deyemi and Omowunmi Dada, Nigerian Mogul - Mo Abudu, the first black female Federal Minister of the Crown and Member of Parliament of Canada - Dr. Jean Augustine, and Mayoral candidate and past MPP Hon. Mitzie Hunter, and over 500 amazing clients!
